Avoiding heat
The engine piston temperature is too high, which can easily lead to overheating and melting, resulting in cylinder seizure; Rubber seals, triangular tape, tires, etc., are prone to premature aging, performance degradation, and shortened service life due to overheating; The coils of electrical equipment such as starters, generators, and regulators are overheated and easily burned out and discarded.
Avoid reaction
The engine cylinder gasket should not be installed upside down, otherwise it may cause premature erosion and damage to the cylinder gasket; Do not reverse the installation of the engine fan blades; For tires with directional patterns and herringbone tread patterns, the ground impression after installation should make the herringbone tip point towards the rear.
Avoid dirt
If parts such as fuel filters, oil filters, air filters, hydraulic oil filters, and various filters are too dirty, the filtering effect will deteriorate. Dirty components such as water tank fins, air-cooled engine block and cylinder head fins, and cooler fins can lead to poor heat dissipation and excessive temperature.
Avoiding deficiency
Engine valve keys should be installed in pairs. If omitted or missing, it will cause the valve to lose control and damage the piston and other components; If the anti-loosening devices such as split pins, locking screws, safety plates, or spring pads installed on the engine connecting rod bolts, flywheel bolts, and transmission shaft bolts are not installed, serious failures may occur in use; If the oil nozzle used to lubricate the gears in the engine timing gear chamber is omitted, serious oil leakage may occur there.
Avoid washing
The paper air filter element of the engine cannot be cleaned with any oil; For leather parts, it is also inappropriate to use oil for cleaning.
Avoid oil
If the paper filter element of the engine dry air filter is stained with oil, it can easily cause the mixture with high concentration to be sucked into the cylinder, resulting in insufficient air volume, increased fuel consumption, and reduced engine power; If the triangular tape is stained with oil, it will accelerate its corrosion and aging; Oil on brake shoes, friction plates of dry clutches, and brake bands can threaten driving safety. Tire rubber is very sensitive to oil corrosion, and contact with oil can soften or peel the rubber.
Avoiding pressure
If the outer tire of a tire is stored under long-term pressure and not turned over in a timely manner, it will deform due to compression; If the paper filter elements of the air filter and fuel filter are pressed, they cannot reliably filter; Rubber oil seals, triangular tape, and oil pipes should not be squeezed.
Avoid repetition
Some parts should have been used once, but individual drivers or repairmen reuse them in order to save money or because they do not understand the "taboos", which can easily lead to accidents.
Avoid approaching fire
Rubber products such as tires, triangular tape, cylinder liner waterstops, and rubber oil seals, if placed close to a fire source, can easily age, deteriorate, or be damaged. On the other hand, they can also cause fire accidents.

Application of Damping in Automotive Interior Trim
Damping - Components used to control product motion. The physical friction and fluid resistance between components are controlled through technical debugging to achieve the effect of mitigating product movement. Common forms include damping gears, shaft type damping, and buffers. The appearance of damping varies depending on the structure and installation position. Where is damping used in automotive interior components? Usually, we cannot see it, and damping is mostly hidden. They are installed in the eyeglass box on the front of the car, in the eyeglass box of the reading lamp, on the auxiliary instrument (floor box, or armrest), in the handle of the ceiling (sunroof), in the ashtray damping, in the charging plug damping, and in the glove box damping. When damping is not installed or fails, the experience of using these products may deteriorate, such as excessive speed or noise.
